Total Body Tone Group Fitness Q4 Membership
This 30-minute “live stream” Total Body Tone group fitness program is just for women. The classes are designed to take the guesswork out of your strength training program. This no frills class targets every major muscle group and builds your strength week over week. The goal is to decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle. The strength work will include a variety of equipment such as stability balls, dumbbells, resistance bands and loop bands while working out to high-energy music.
(All classes are recorded and will be used for promotional purposes)
