Q2 FAB: Strength and Tone Group Fitness" Coaching is a 12-Week Group Fitness program for women who are transitioning into perimenopause and beyond. It is designed to balance hormones while also improving sleep, increasing energy and decreasing body fat. This no-frills program includes workouts and videos that target every major muscle group, builds strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility.

15-Minute Weekly Accountability check-ins with Head Coach Zetta (2 options available: Thursdays 7:00a - 7:15a or 12:30p - 12:45p
3 LIVE Strength Training classes, via ZOOM, with Coach Zetta every 3rd Monday of the month (April 15, May 20 & June 17)
12-Week Fitness Program (includes: strength, HIIT, flexibility and planned rest and recovery)
Smart Nutritional Plan (MACROs calculated based on your desired goals)
Ability to track nutrition, habits and movement
